Osaka Castle

Osaka, Japan
Today was the first rainy day we have had. It was like a fine mist really, just enough to mess up your glasses.
Dad, Gary thought these rocks must have been the ones that were not cut quite right. He thought those would have been his cuts, while your perfect ones would have been used to make these walls.

The view from the top of the castle was amazing.

We got in the wrong line at the beginning of the tour so we had to walk up the steps to the top.  The castle is now a museum, so we stopped at every floor on the way down. (Except for the sixth floor, which was a "hidden floor" that was used as a defense in case of enemy attack.) We saw artifacts and read about the history of the castle. The signs were in four languages. It looked like three forms of Japanese and one in English.
